I have
never really felt fully prepared for the midterm.
Right now I
am doing my best so that everything turns out well, but I feel that it is not
enough. In general, I always forget small details and that makes me wrong when
doing the exercises.
So now,
what I'm focusing on most is paying attention to those details that I always
forget and improve it.
I feel more
confident with the listening test, with the writing test I do not feel good or
bad, I just know that I need to practice as much as I can.
And
I'm definitely afraid of the oral test; I'm not going to lie.
When alone
or with my friends, my ideas usually flow well and I can express myself. I know
I can talk and understand what I mean; my problem is that in oral test I cannot
control my nerves.
That's what
I have to work the most.
What I'm
doing now to study grammar is to make worksheets mainly; because that's the way
I learn the material best. I have searched the internet pages for various
activities to do.
I have also
read the ppts we have seen in classes.
Another way
in which I learn better is to study with other people, because that way I can
see different points of view, compare answers and move faster.
When I
really do not understand any topic and I do not have anyone to ask at the
moment, what I usually do is look for videos on YouTube where they explain that
topic.
And for my
speaking skills ... I speak alone.
I imagine
that I am two people and I do a kind of dialogue, whatever it is, the important
thing is that I keep talking about something.
I would
like to participate more in classes, but that is something that I also have to
improve. I find it hard to express myself with people around me.
I have time to continue studying, so these days that are left will be taken advantage of in the best way.
